I too have a museum of canned goods...Good for you! I too have a museum of canned goods in the cold room - mostly jams, pickles and all manner and sort of tomatoes. For me, I think the problem is "out of sight, out of mind". All this stuff is down in the cold room, not up in the kitchen pantry.
